All Star is happy to help you with your Home Warranty HVAC claim. Please make sure that we are a service provider for your Home Warranty Company before you proceed with your repair.
WE CAN ASSIST YOU FASTER if you simply fill out the information below. Our office will call or email you back with our availability for your repair. Please be patient as repeated attempts will only slow the process down. All jobs are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
To speed up your repair it is recommended that you TURN THE AC SYSTEM OFF
Incase the indoor/outdoor unit is frozen over. Technicians can’t service your system if the unit is frozen. ADDITIONAL CHARGES will be necessary if our technician has to make a return trip for a frozen system.
Parts On Order:
If we have already diagnosed your HVAC system and you are waiting for parts/equipment please contact your Home Warranty Company as we DO NOT control or determine when your parts/ equipment will arrive at our office.
All jobs are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
We understand that repairs can fail from time to time. We guarantee our workmanship under your home warranty companies guidelines. If you feel that your repair has failed, you must contact your Home Warranty Company BEFORE rescheduling with All Star.
We will not accept your new request for service until you contact your Home Warranty Company. All jobs are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
